About Paula
Paula Gotting graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Social Sciences. She then completed her law degree at the University of Leicester. After successfully completing her National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) examinations, Paula articled in criminal defence and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2024.
Since her call to the Bar, Paula has practiced in the areas of child protection, immigration, employment, and family law. Drawing on many years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industry, she understands the importance of providing personable, genuine, and client-focused service. Building strong relationships and ensuring clients feel supported throughout the legal process have always been at the forefront of her career. Paula is able to offer services in both English and Tagalog, serving the Filipino community.
Paula is a member of the Manitoba Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Filipino Canadian Lawyers Network. She is also committed to serving her community and volunteers with the Immigrant Centre, an organization that provides newcomers with programs and services focused on settlement, employment, language training, and nutrition education. Through her volunteer work, Paula teaches English to newcomers as they establish their lives in Canada.
When she is not working, Paula enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending live music events, reading, and creating homemade haircare products. Paula is excited to be part of the wonderful team at Castellano Law and provides legal services in the areas of residential real estate and wills and estates.
