Senior Real Estate Paralegal (Full-Time Permanent Position)

We are looking for an highly experienced motivated paralegal to join our busy law firm. The successful candidate will have excellent professional communication, customer service, and organizational skills. The candidate will display the ability to multitask, attention to detail, and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced team environment. The Candidate will have extensive real estate experience and be able to handle a real estate file. Preparing of sale, purchase, and mortgage documents for residential real estate transactions. Dealing with contracts, title reviews, and mortgage payouts.

This position requires you to have a thorough knowledge and to perform substantive legal work involving all aspects of various residential conveyancing transactions including drafting closing documents and trust letters, dealing with opposing counsel, and attending to closings.
